About the project

The “Community Tech Worker” project is a community-driven model that aims to support economic mobility among under-resourced communities by bridging the digital divide. This project particularly works with Detroit residents to support their digital skill development and capacity in ways that can not only improve employment opportunities but also community relationships and overall quality of life. As a research assistant, I supported in the study design and conducting the participatory design session with Community Tech Workers in Detroit.
